In Summer 2016 I was invited to a residency at OMI International Arts Center (Ghent, US). I feel immensely blessed to spend 3 weeks making music with amazing musicians from Kenya, Japan, Peru, Germany, Swaziland, Korea, Canada, Mexico, ... To this day I am still digesting conversations and sounds we made that summer. Following this incredible experience Chatori Shimizu and I setup a Skype improvisation - in 2017! - with him on his shō and me on some custom electronics designed in SuperCollider. Here is one of the improvisations we performed.
